  Law of Incentive to sports: Law nº 11.438/06, of December 29th, 2006. This law makes it easier for companies and individuals to contribute to sporting projects which are approved by the sport ministry through discounts in their tax returns.

  Sao Paulo law of Incentive to Sports: Law nº 13.918 makes it possible for State companies to contribute to sporting projects approved by the State Secretary of sport by donating up to 3% of their ICMS (Tax on market and services Circulation)
